Hooray!
I have always been a nut about pears; their soft, sweet and juicy melt-in-your bite texture.  So imagine my delight when both Susan and Deb came to class the other day with a bag and a box full for me.  We have been using them in everything, putting them into pastas and salads, serving them with brie and yesterday  roasting them with honey.   Yummy!
