Indian Summer Pilates
I am taking advantage of all this warm sunny weather to take my reformer and my workout outdoors.  Surrounded by bird calls and the soft breeze I am twisting and bending and breathing my way back to life.  Our week of intense housework and chores required lots of bending over and it left my low back feeling cranky.  But after one workout I am happy to say that the pain is gone.  It feels so good to move in the Pilates way again.  And getting the chance to workout outdoors is such a great motivator too.

IS Pilates - sounds supremely healing. I carry your Pilates lessons with me in the kayak to great success. Heal well friend.
